I was licensed in 1977 to assist in marketing a recreational subdivision for my husband's family business; over a period of 25 years, they developed as many properties around northeastern and north central Pennsylvania. After that particular project was completed, I kept my license active while raising a family by attending continuing education classes. In 2001 I became a full time realtor when I joined the Lutz Agency. The main office was in Bloomsburg and I worked out of the Benton office at the "Gateway to the Game lands" - listing and selling primarily rural properties. In 2010 I became an agent with Century 21 Covered Bridges working in the Bloomsburg office until the Benton office opened in mid-2010. I am known as the "Covered Bridges Artist" for a couple reasons; as an artist, I have done pastel paintings of many of our local covered bridges which also fits nicely with the company name! On the personal side, my husband, Scott and I have two grown children, Ryan Thomas and Caitlin Yantorn and six grandchildren who keep us on our toes! We enjoy spending time with family and traveling when we can and are still working on our "American Dream" house (which at times is more like a nightmare...) I am a lifelong member of Cambra Christian Church, where I am the fourth generation of my family to serve as treasurer, and belong to the Columbia County Covered Bridges Association, North Mountain Art League, and the Susquehanna River Artists. I am fortunate to be associated with Century21 covered Bridges Realty Inc. a progressive, respected company and a great group of professional agents and brokers. Overall, it has been an honor to have been entrusted with the task of assisting sellers and buyers to meet their real estate needs in an ever changing and often challenging market.
