Local Realtors attend Century 21 convention

Thousands of real estate professionals from all over the world attended the Realogy Global Exchange (RGX) and One21 Experience at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas from March 19-22. Sue Barchik and Dot Rhone, broker/owners, and Dan Young of Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty Inc. of Bloomsburg were at the experience. They were excited to attend this event to meet new colleagues from across the world, learn necessary skills that can grow their business and stay up-to-date with the latest offerings from Century 21.

For the first time ever, the Century 21 convention was combined with RGX. It was filled with tremendous learning opportunities from top-tier speakers and featured an amazing expo with the products and services of world-class partners. It was the largest the industry has ever seen.

Keynote speakers included multifaceted entrepreneurs, authors and twin television personalities Drew and Jonathan Scott, HGTV’s “Property Brothers,” who are defying mediocrity each day as co-founders of Scott Brothers Global. They are also New York Times best selling authors and were named Habitat Humanitarians, the highest recognition offered by Habitat for Humanity.

In addition, it was an extraordinary motivational experience to hear from the #relentless Victoria Arlen, who was paralyzed and in a vegetative state for four years. She beat the odds to recovery to become an accomplished motivational speaker, actress, model and competitive swimmer, who went on to compete on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” and defied mediocrity every step of the way.

The One21 Experience set the tone for 121 percent wins this year with an endless variety of learning tracks and the opportunity to network, mastermind and gain referrals. During the Experience, Century 21 boldly announced a number of new tools and technologies that will be rolling out in the year ahead to keep its agents relentless about elevating their businesses like never before. This was an opportunity to be among a vast network of Century 21 professionals who go above and beyond for their clients each day. When you are part of the world’s largest global network, you can do things others can’t.

Century 21 Covered Bridges, in business since 1981, has been a consistent market leader in Columbia County.
