Covered Bridges names second-quarter winners

BLOOMSBURG - Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty Inc. of Bloomsburg recently presented its awards for the second quarter of 2016. Dolly Hollinger is the Top Listing Agent, and Karen Roadarmel is the Top Sales Agent. 

Hollinger had the greatest number of new residential listings for the quarter. Additionally, she was the Sales Agent of the Year for 2015.

Hollinger is a full time Realtor with the company - oworking out of the Benton office - and has been a Realtor for more than 21 years, maintaining multi-million dollar producer status throughout her acreer.

A member of Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors and PAR, she has been recognized for her outstanding superior client service by her International Century 21 Quality Service Producer Awards every year since joining Century 21 Covered Bridges in 2010, as well as receiving such awards as Emerald, Ruby, Silver and Gold.

Holinger, originally from Alabama, moved to Pennsylvania more than 30 years ago and has lived in the village of Central near BEnton for 27 years with her husband, Ed. She was owner of Fishing Creek BAke Shop for more than 11 years and still enjoys baking.

Roadarmel had the highest closed sales volume for the quarter. Additionally, she was the Top Sales Agent for the first and third quarters of 2015 as well as the Top Listing Agent of the Year for 2015.

Roadarmel, a full Time Realtor with Century 21 Covered Bridges for th elast 16 years, is consistently a multi-million dollar producer. A member of Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors, she has been recognized repeatedly for her outstanding superior client service as evidenced by her International Century 21 Quality Service Producer Awards from 2010 through 2015. She has erned Silver, Gold and Ruby sales awards throughout her real estate career. 

Roadarmel keeps up with the latest technology and real estate education and has the following designations: CRS, GRI, AHWD and PSA.

In her free time, Roadarmel enjoys spending her time with her husband Jack, her chilerend and her grandchildren - attending all of their sporting events - racing and camping.
