Covered Bridges Presents Awards

BLOOMSBURG - Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty Inc. in Bloomsburg recently presented awards to Carla Farley and Theresa Krasucki.

Farley was recognized as the Listing Agent of the 3rd Quarter of 2016. She was also the Listing Agent of the 3rd Quarter of 2015 as well as Listing Agent of the Month for February and March of 2016. 

Farley has been a full time licensed agent since 1988 and a multi-million dollar producer year after year. She also has earned her ABR, PSA and CRS designations.

Being a veteran Realtor in the Columbia County marketplace and top producer, she has helped buyers and sellers and their families through the generations, assisting parents, grandparents, sons and daughters. The majority of Farley's clients are past clients and personal referals, which are her greatest accomplishments and achievements. Providing quality service is her top priority.

A member of the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors (CSVBR), she has served on several committees and is very active in her church with Sunday school and community outreach projects. She lives in Mifflinville with her husband Doug and daughter Maiah.

In addition, Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty Inc is proud to recognize associate broker Krasucki as the Sales Agent of the 3rd Quarter of 2016.

Krasucki had the highest closed sales volume for the quarter. Additionally, she received the Quality Service Award for 2015, based on customer feedback received from Century 21 Quality Service Surveys. Seh also achieved the 2016 Masters Ruby Award based on the number of units sold in 2015. 

Krasucki has been a full-time licensed agent since 1998 and obtained her Associate Broker's license in 2014. She has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer and is a member of the CSVBR and has earned the ABR, CRS and PSA designations.

She resides in the Bloomsbur garea with her husband Steve. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her new granddaughter, loves being part of the Tuesday night "movie group" and volunteers when ever possible for teh St. Columba Food Cupboard and delivers meals for Meals on Wheels.
