The Graduate REALTOR® Institute ? GRI   This symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

Certified Residential Specialist - Only 5% of all REALTORS^® and REALTOR ASSOCIATES^® have earned the right to be called a CRS. Only 5% have developed special residential sales skills and enhanced their residential sales knowledge through study, dedication and experience.

To fill the specific residential needs of home buyer and sellers, the Council of Residential Sales of the National Association of REALTORS® instituted a class of expert real estate professional: the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®).

ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Why should you use an ABR? These three letters after a REALTOR's name tell you that you will be working with buyer representative who is committed to your best interests.
