As a single mother, finding the right home for my children in the right neighborhood, for the right price, seemed almost impossible.  Sylvia Richer made the whole process much easier than I imagined it could be.  She knew all of my requirements, and showed me only houses that met most, if not all, of them.  When the right house came along, she was there to guide me through the bidding and purchasing processes.  I would have been lost without her.  She found us a home, and we found a friend.

While trying to buy a house from across the country, we found Sylvia Richer's assistance to be indespensable. She kept us informed of new listings, and made herself totally available when we flew out. We looked at twelve houses one day, and made an offer on one of them. A day later, when the sellers countered, Sylvia had the integrity to inform us that she just learned that her office refused to list that house because it was overpriced. We had to leave Bloomsburg emptyhanded, but when we saw a listing in the newspaper FSBO the next week, Sylvia went immediately to investigate and take pictures, despite the fact that many realtors refuse to show FSBO houses. She sent us the pictures that day, and called to say she believed it was what we were looking for, and a good house in the price range. We flew out and with her continued assistance, bought what was indeed the house of our dreams. We recommend Sylvia Richer to anyone wanting a thorough, hard-working, friendly and honest professional in real estate.

What's the Buzz about Ginny!t's

Our move to the Bloomsburg area three years ago actually started with a marathon real estate search four years ago and Ginny Henrie was with us every step of the way. When we started our search, Keith was commuting. We knew we would not actually be moving for a year but we wanted to get a feel for the area, see what was available, and get to know the local school districts, etc. We initially contacted a realtor from another agency who was recommended to us but because we weren´t ready to buy, she didn´t even want to talk to us. One day while driving around town, we saw a property that intrigued us so we called the listing agent on the sign, who dropped everything and came out to show it to us. It was our lucky day ? we found Ginny. Over the next eleven months, we toured quite a few homes, several buildings lots and with Ginny´s help, became familiar with the Bloomsburg area. She took the time to get to know us; our likes are dislikes, and always made time to answer our innumerable questions. We know she had other clients but she always made us feel that we were the most important ones to her. When the time came to purchase our new home, she guided us through a difficult transaction with ease. This was our fourth home purchase and Ginny Henrie is by far the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with.
